Good evening! Thank you for allowing us on your site.
We have two properties, one in Meridian Texas and the Other in Heath Texas. We have put up a website, http://www.fairmarketmanagement.com, to give some idea about these places. hey are a little unique.
Because of the crazy market and banks not offering jumbo loans we are trying the “For Sale by Owner” route and 100% owner financing. We own the proporties outright so we really don’t have to deal with the bank BS. Anyway, all of our contact info is on the site and if there is a right or wrong way to do this, I am all ears.
Please feel free to offer any feedback or suggestion of a better way to sell these properties. We are not relator people by any means, and frankly I am a little miffed at one who thought I was interested in putting 75k down for marketing up front, plus the 3% with a 2 year exclusive. I will not mention her name but I am sure others know. Aaaannnyywwaayy. Please take a look and thanks again for the cool site.
